Mini Session season is running away as quickly as it arrived. Halloween has now come and gone and we can officially start counting the days till Christmas. I cannot believe that I am about to announce Little Loves’ Holiday Mini Sessions Dates (hint, hint!).
But just for a moment, let’s flashback to some of my favorite minis, the ones that start this season off every year – the JDRF Minis. As many of you know, JDRF (the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) raises money to support research to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes cure, to develop better treatment technologies and for advocacy. And what better day to share this then at the start of Diabetes Awareness Month (November).
This is Riley. She has such a sweet and gentle personality. She is a joy to photograph. And those boots…. too cute!

I have been photographing Kelina for a long time. First in the studio, capturing the milestones of her first year and now each year at our mini sessions. Her personality and smiles are magnetic. Love the images we captured of her and her mom – they are stunning together! Always a pleasure, Kelina!

Kinsley, Nolan & Brooks. These three are such a treat. I was so excited to see them sporting their orange and blue. And even more excited we got three sets of smiles!
Meet Cameron and Griffin! One of my favorite parts about mini sessions is all the new families I get to meet. These two gentlemen were a pleasure. So respectful and quick to share a smile. And they are handsome to boot.

Olivia has always been a stellar model for our sessions – always a glowing smile. He little brother Abel is no different. They are two peas in a pod. And Abel was the first kid to ever pose with my vintage ladder – which I now totally love. Thanks for breaking it in for me with such enthusiasm!

Joshua, Zachary, Ethan, and now little sister Rose, have become a regular part of my mini sessions experience. These boys are so full of energy and always have a fun story to share. When there mom say these, her response was “Wow!” Yes, I agree – your kids are awesome!

As the parent of a child with Type 1 Diabetes, the JDRF does work that directly impacts our family. For that reason, we appreciate each family who joined us and helped to support this cause. With your help, Little Loves was able to donate $600 to the JDRF this year! That brings our team’s lifetime total to over $85,000 donated to support a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
