About the Photographer

I am the mom of two amazing little boys (who are getting less little everyday) and wife to my best friend and greatest supporter, my husband.  It is with their encouragement and inspiration that I have been lead on this journey.  Capturing the moments that make up your lives has become one of my greatest passions and gifts in life.

Ten years ago, after the birth of our first son (see, not so little anymore!) we went out and got our first DSLR.  I began taking pictures of my son every day and posting them on Facebook.  For me it was just something I loved to do and a good way to share the passing moments of our lives with much of our family that was far away.

In an unexpected way that project (that I affectionately called the “Trey-A-Day” project) grew into the business you see now.   What an amazing journey it has been.  In 2009, I officially started Little Loves Photography on my second son’s 1st Birthday.  Little Loves Photography was named for my two little loves, my own kids.  In 2013, our family moved to a larger property with a dedicated studio space so that I could have beautiful spaces to photograph inside and out.

Completely self-taught. I have spent hours perfecting my craft and my style so that I can provide beautiful, quality images to my clients.  My focus is to provide a laid back environment, flexibility for my families I serve and images of their families they will treasure for a lifetime.

When I am not taking pictures of other people’s kids, I am photographing my own on our many life adventures.  We enjoy hiking, camping, anything having to do with the river or beach, live music and music festivals.   Free time is spent with our two puppy dogs, in the garden or upcycling furniture, old wood & cute fabrics. Occasionally you will see images from those adventures here as well.

It has been a great honor and privilege to serve so many families over the years.  Your continued trust and business allows me to pursue my passion and spend time with my family.  For that I am forever grateful to you!

Thank you for joining me on the journey!
